As I know, the problem might be because of your paypal account name is differ from the PBB Visa Electron Card's name which is belongs to your sister. Your paypal account name must be the same as the PBB Card name. In other words, you can't use others card to verify your paypal account. You have to get your own PBB Card or if you have Maybank Debit Card, you can use it to verify your paypal. Paypal will charge USD 1.95 to your card in order to verify your account but the amount will be credited back to your card's account. Thanks. Hi. But when i key in the 16 digit and the last 3 digit from behind the paypal say "the card has been denied by the bank". How to solve this problem? tha card is apply since 2002. and now the balance inside the card is below than RM100. Need any fee to verify paypal or not?
